Designed to recreate the lively, traditional “cha caan teng” atmosphere, this vibrant restaurant serves classic Hong Kong noodles, soups, rice dishes, appetisers, congee, and more. Regiment Workshop proudly delivered a custom fit-out for Hong Kong Cafe, combining our services of project management, construction, joinery, lighting and flooring. A standout feature is the dining cage structure, designed to symbolise Hong Kong’s iconic tram transportation system. Customers can view a complete map of actual tram stops, adding a unique cultural layer to the dining experience.

Our team integrated rich timber finishes, in-house painting, and bespoke metalwork to create a warm yet energetic setting. The thoughtful lighting configuration highlights key fit-out details, while a clever mix of materials gives the space an authentic, street-style charm with a modern twist.
