Located in the vibrant Kinchin Lane dining precinct at Stockland Wetherill Park, At Mex brings bold and fresh Mexican flavours to life. The menu takes inspiration from the “Tex-Mex” cuisine of Mexican communities in Texas. Completed in 2023, this dynamic dining space was expertly delivered by Regiment Workshop, who handled the full shopfitting scope from concept to completion.

The interior features vibrant custom joinery, hand-built timber furniture, and natural woodgrain finishes that complement the colourful mural centerpiece and striking green-toned counter. Lush greenery and hanging planters enhance the ceiling design, bringing warmth and vibrancy to both the indoor and outdoor dining areas. LED feature lighting adds mood and depth throughout the space, with glowing red arches guiding customers into a lively, welcoming environment.

With a focus on functionality and durability, the joinery and woodwork were fabricated and finished at Regiment Workshop’s Bankstown factory, ensuring high craftsmanship standards. Bespoke tiling forms a stylish foundation, while carefully selected flooring ties the entire space together.
