In late 2024, our team successfully delivered the shop fit-out for Dough Sisters, a premium Mediterranean-inspired takeaway kiosk in Ed. Square shopping centre, Liverpool. Specializing in focaccia sandwiches, toasties, and freshly baked desserts, the brand required a compact yet highly functional space that seamlessly blends efficiency with inviting aesthetics.

Given the kiosk-style layout, our design approach prioritised space optimization, ensuring a smooth operational flow while maintaining an engaging front-of-house experience. The counter was meticulously crafted to provide an open and welcoming feeling, integrating custom display shelving for showcasing fresh muffins, cookies, and desserts, alongside a dedicated section for their specialty coffee service.

To reflect the warm, artisanal brand of our client, we incorporated natural wood finishes and contemporary tiled surfaces, creating a fresh look that complements Dough Sisters’ Mediterranean roots. The fit-out also included high-quality joinery and durable materials, designed to withstand the high foot traffic of Edmondson Park’s busiest shopping centre.
