Dermaffair in Westfield Hurstville shopping centre
The fitout of Dermaffair at Westfield Hurstville was delivered in 2025 through a collaboration between Regiment Workshop, design studio Bas&Co, and the south Sydney shopping centre. Regiment Workshop’s role focused on the construction and delivery of key areas including the shopfront, reception area, and hallway.
Our skilled builders translated Bas&Co’s creative concepts into a physical space that balances form, function, and wellness.
Reception area fitout
From the moment clients arrive at this skincare clinic in Hurstville, the reception area sets the tone. The colour palette, curved walls, and sturdy counter introduce warmth and vitality.
Regiment Workshop built the counter, display islands, seating area and display shelving. Starting at our factory in Bankstown, we ensured that every curve was consistent and every finish aligned seamlessly with the design intent of Bas&Co.
High quality joinery in Hurstville Sydney
Central to the fitout of Dermaffair is careful craftsmanship and joinery. Fixtures were crafted for durability as well as elegance. Details include the built-in seating, tiled counter, and softened display edges.
Cosmetic store lighting services
Lighting plays a key role in shaping customer experiences, particularly in the bespoke skincare clinic of Dermaffair. Regiment Workshop integrated accent lighting to highlight retail displays, while ambient ceiling lights were chosen to cast an even, calming glow across the reception area.
Hallway to treatment rooms
Behind the curtain is the custom-lit hallway where on either side there are four treatment rooms. Regiment Workshop set up the flooring, discrete storage and wall treatments.
The hallway space is a smooth transition from the more vibrant reception area. It emanates relaxation, preparing the client for their skincare treatment with the clinician.
Wellness space custom built
Dermaffair is a sanctuary where clients are empowered with knowledge about health and skincare. The clinic offers services by trained therapists, including customised chemical peels to advanced laser hair removal.
