Mary Mak Islamic fashion kiosk in Bankstown Central
In 2025, Regiment Workshop completed the fitout of Mary Mak, a fashion kiosk located in Bankstown Central shopping centre. This unique project highlights our ability to deliver refined retail environments that balance practicality with strong brand presence.

The kiosk was designed by Totem Design, with Regiment Workshop responsible for the build. Concept drawings were transformed into a striking retail kiosk that provides a pleasant browsing experience for the customers of Mary Mak.
Mary Mak offers a wide variety of Islamic fashion. The brand focuses on a modest and modern style.
High quality joinery in Bankstown Sydney
A key aspect of the build was the detailed joinery. Custom cabinetry with seamless drawer integration provides efficient storage while maintaining a sleek appearance for Mary Mak.
Marble-look surfaces and textured panelling frame the display units, giving the kiosk an elevated, boutique feel. Every joinery element was constructed with accuracy to withstand daily use while preserving a polished finish.
A showcase of Islamic fashion
Mary Mak offers a wide variety of Islamic fashion pieces, and the kiosk needed to support diverse display requirements. Regiment Workshop delivered tailored hanging systems and shelving to highlight garments in an accessible, visually appealing way.
Copper-toned bars and fittings introduce warmth and cohesion across the layout.
Kiosk lighting and visual impact
Lighting was carefully considered to enhance both product presentation and customer experience. Integrated LED strips illuminate garments and storage areas, ensuring every detail of the clothing is visible.
The kiosk also incorporates digital display screens, adding movement and dynamic branding opportunities that draw the eye in the bustling shopping environment of Bankstown Central.
Welcoming fashion outlet
Every aspect of the fitout – from the herringbone timber flooring, elevated lighting, to the sturdy display islands – ensures that the kiosk feels both contemporary and inviting.
