Banh Banh at Westfield Bondi Junction is a vibrant takeaway shop that serves up bold and fresh Vietnamese flavours. Located on Level 5 in the food court of the shopping centre, this venue uses the freshest ingredients to craft authentic banh mi, flavourful vermicelli and rice bowls, and comforting pho noodle soups.

Our construction company had the privilege of delivering a shopfitting project that embodies Banh Banh’s energetic brand. The retail fit-out showcases bespoke joinery, featuring a striking front counter with mini cylindrical support columns underneath. Finished in a soft peach hue, the under-counter is accented with a warm, inviting glow. The bold, scalloped overhead feature with integrated lighting creates a playful yet sophisticated visual statement.

In the high-traffic environment of Bondi’s biggest shopping centre, Regiment Workshop ensured both durability, functionality and eye-catching appeal in its retail fit-out. Particular attention was paid to precise lighting and custom woodwork joinery, which contribute to Banh Banh’s visually captivating look.
