Project Overview & Fabrication
Completed in July 2026, Regiment Workshop delivered an end-to-end shopfitting transformation for Elite Supplements inside Sydney’s iconic Queen Victoria Building. Working alongside the team at Sugar Designs, who conceptualised the striking layout, Regiment Workshop managed every phase of construction.
Project coordination began with understanding the needs of the Elite Supplements’ corporate team. Execution took place in our factory in Bankstown. During the custom fabrication and installation process, the team ensured that each item met the vision of the overall design. The resulting fitout showcases a high-octane aesthetic that reflects the brand’s exciting personality.
Architectural Joinery & Display Systems
The point-of-sale area is anchored by a custom-fabricated service counter featuring an angular, geometric profile. Horizontal light channels divide the counter face. Dressed in a tactile, speckled finish, the look is futuristic.
Surrounding the perimeter, floor-to-ceiling joinery maximises product display space while enabling easy access. The customer’s browsing experience feels convenient. Shelving modules were crafted to support heavier products like Elite Supplements’ bulk-volume powder containers.
Dynamic Lighting Integration
Lighting design plays a central role in establishing the QVB branch’s distinctive energy. Continuous LED illumination outlines the joinery frames and perimeter displays. Sections and product categories are energised by vibrant violet hues.
Recessed overhead downlights balance the ambience, while floor-embedded light strips draw the eye inward from the QVB concourse.
Materiality & Finishes
The material palette balances tactile, dark surfaces with smooth finishes. By reflecting the interior from above, the ceiling panels expand the perception of space. Underfoot, timber flooring offers a durable, sleek surface for a high foot-traffic retail environment.
